Actually I arrived at PCM around 7:45am, a bit rushed due to no arrangement layout done yesterday.
So only a few committee was here and I expected more participants to be here today. Unfortunately there are only a few participants attend. I'm not sure what happened. Boikot??
Started at 8:30am with a great sunshine...yeah!
