Langkawi holiday - Part 1

DAY 1
23rd September 2011 (Friday)

Feel excited to go for a holiday this time...why?? this is our first time go for a holiday via flight..never mind even its still in local area but with my family is much more important...the both auliya's also feel excited and keep on asking me.."bila kita nak naik kapa tebang mama?" the same question until we arrive at KLIA this morning..our flight MH1430 to Langkawi will depart around 8:30am..so early in the morning we already at KLIA..take our breakfast at one of the restaurant there amount RM27.25 (nasi lemak + milo ice + teh 'o')..

First step after we all touch down at LGK, claim the luggage and look for a rental car..actually i've made a booking earlier..so quite easy for me to find out since the counter at luggage claim area..inside the airport..

We take Toyota Altis for 3days 2 nights for RM200 only..cheap???ehehehe..that's the promotion price till October 2011..after that the price will become RM240/day for peak season..so plan your holiday larrr...everything will increase during peak season..

then..we straight to Petronas to fill up..then we plan to go to the cable car first...the cable car located at Oriental Village

The clear bubble shaped cable car takes the 2.2km ride up the mountainside on a 42 degree incline. Gunung Macincang at 708 metres offers a spectacular view. Starting from about sea level, the Cable Car rises from about sea level to an altitude of over 700 metres. Along the near vertical lift, we are presented with the towering cliff face named 'Matahari Face'. There are two viewing stations and it is possible to get off and rejoin the cable car at station one

after that we look out any restaurant for our lunch..finally we decided to 'tapau' and eat at hotel..
